今日添削を読んでいたら、他の人が書いた文章でも思った以上に参考になったのでやってみることに。

The Japanese elementary school will be implemented English as a compulsory subject after 5th grade students in the year 2011.

But actually, the Korean elementary schools have already English classes after 3rd grade students. 

As it China also do, you know what, there are the schools in urban areas like Beijing or Shanghai that teach in English for 1st grade students.

However, its in the rural areas have no English classes because of not having the teachers who can teach in English.

There are big regional difference such as a primary education.
